There is a protocol to working a job at any time, even during COVID-19. When you are looking for a job, you try and find the most ideal work environment there is. You need to consider what your role will be, who you need to answer to daily, and how do you do your part in the company. You can find a lot the same rhetoric for what the company’s want to see in their applicants, but you want to find out where to thrive as there is a demand for UX/UI job seekers.

You usually have a lot to do in a workday, and not a lot of time to complete these job tasks. It is usually where designer’s find ways to finely tune their skills to work efficiently and with a lot of structure on a timeline. There have daily meetings, user testing and analysis. There create a competitive analysis, and user journey where you can find how to best impact their demographics. They will reiterate on mock-ups, low to high fidelity, and prototypes. This usually happens at a certain fixed velocity and from those summary and analysis the designer can re-approach project from those estimates.

Working with your clients and stakeholders is usually giving this opinion, recommendation, and your design choices in a form that makes the client life easier. Your job is to create the content with the input of users, and that promotes the brand identity and the comprehensive guide on how to use these assets. UX/UI tasks are build on what the current scope of the project needs, and how to achieve the best results.
